Welcome to iqmeteray.com, the website of iQ Meter, run by IQ Meteray. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and your purchase of iQ Meter digital programs and products. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Please read them before you buy.

1. Use of the website

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Children may use programs on an account managed by a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account.
• You agree to give accurate and current information when you sign up and when you order, including your delivery address and phone number.
• You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, try to break its security, access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service.

2. Products, programs and prices

• We try to describe our programs and products accurately, with correct images and prices, but small differences (such as colours) can occur.
• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The delivery fee, any discount, and the total are shown before you pay.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
• Discount codes are valid for a limited time, may have a minimum order value or usage limit, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Orders and payments

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected items. The order is accepted when we confirm your payment (or, for cash on delivery, when we dispatch it).
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• You can pay by card or mobile wallet through PayHere, by bank transfer, through WhatsApp, or (for delivered products where offered) by cash on delivery. You authorise us to charge the full order total, including the delivery fee, to the payment method you choose.
• Card payments are handled securely by PayHere, a Central Bank of Sri Lanka approved payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Digital programs

• A digital program is unlocked on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can use it for as long as the program is offered.
• Programs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by you and your family. You may not share your account or copy, sell, or publish program content.
• Certificates show that you completed our program. They are not an official qualification or a clinical IQ assessment.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We deliver physical products within Sri Lanka and make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders on time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary with your location and other factors. See the delivery section of our Refund Policy.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within 7 days.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are always made to the original payment method used for the order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in our programs and products, including text, puzzles, images, videos, logos and graphics, belongs to iQ Meter or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, iQ Meter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
